Simple data. Clear purpose.
NamReady Youth Enterprise Readiness is currently a concept prototype. We have deliberately designed the prototype to collect as little personal information as practical.
What the readiness check may record
When analytics are enabled for a pilot, NamReady may record:
- age band
- Namibian region
- business or idea stage
- overall readiness score
- scores across the five readiness areas
- whether the check was an initial assessment or reassessment
What the prototype does not ask for
The current readiness check does not ask for your ID number, passport number, phone number, bank details, passwords or exact home address.
NamReady Guide
If you use NamReady Guide, your chat message and limited readiness context are sent securely to an AI service so the Guide can generate a response. NamReady does not deliberately write those chat transcripts to Google Sheets.
Please do not enter ID numbers, bank details, passwords, exact home addresses or other sensitive personal information into the chat.
Why assessment data may be used
Aggregated pilot data can help evaluate whether participants become more ready over time, identify common support needs and improve the NamReady experience. It should not be used to promise funding or automatically decide whether someone qualifies for an opportunity.
Prototype status
Before any large public or institutional rollout, NamReady will require a fuller privacy, safeguarding, retention and data-protection review appropriate to the programme and its participants.
